Day 01: Meet and greet upon arrival to Kathmandu International airport and transfer to hotel, After Lunch, Visit to Syambhunath Stupa – which is one of the oldest religious sites of Nepal, founded by King Vrsadeva (464 – 505 CE). It is a world heritage site and unofficial symbol of Kathmandu valley.

Day 02:  Early morning Yoga class, after breakfast sightseeing tour of Pharping – a town south of Kathmandu, considered to be for Vajrayana practitioners as important as Bodhgaya because it is where the second Buddha Guru Padmasambhava attained the state of enlightment. There are two major caves blessed by Guru Rinpoche – Asura cave and Yanglesho cave. Pharping has several Temples and Monastries.

To the south of the village is the temple of Dakshinkali – one of the four Goddess Kalis surrounding and protecting Kathmandu valley.

Day 03: After morning Yoga class and breakfast, sightseeing of three UNESCO World Heritage sites:

-  Pashupatinath- a Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. This is one of the most significant Hindu temples of Shiva in world, existence date backs to 400 AD. However the present temple is claimed to have been built by King Bhupalendra Mall in 1697 A.D.

- Changu Narayan - the Temple of Lord Vishnu. The first epigraphic evidence of Nepalese history found in the temple premises during the Lichhavi King Mandeva dating back to 464 AD shows that Changu had already been established as a sacred site in 3rd century AD. The present structure was probably constructed in the 17th century. The temple has several masterpieces of 5th and 12th century.

  - Bhaktapur Durbar Square – city of devotees founded by King Anand Dev in 1197 A.D. Tough the existence of city can be traced back to Licchavi Period (185- 750 A.D.).

After lunch in Bhaktapur Durbar square, drive to Nagarkot - a village located 32 km east of Bhaktapur which is popular for its spectacular view of the whole Langtang Himalaya range, sunrise and sunset views.

Hiking around and Evening meditation. Overnight stay in hotel in Nagarkot.

 Day 04: After morning Yoga class and breakfastdrive (5 -6 hours) to Chitwan National Park – a UNESCO Natural heritage site.  There are around 600 plant species, 50 mammals, 526 birds and 49 amphibian reptiles found in the park. The high light are one – horned Rhinoceros and Royal Tigers. Overnight stay in hotel in Chitwan.

On the way from Kathmandu to Chitwan break for a white water rafting in Trisuli river.

Day 05: After morning Yoga class, bird watching, Jungle (elephant ride) safari, canoeing, visit to Elephant/ Crocodile breeding center, Tharu cultural program.

Overnight stay in hotel in Chitwan.

Day 06: After morning Yoga class and breakfast drive (5 hours) to Lumbini – Birthplace of Lord Buddha. Budhha was born at Lumbini on a full moon day in 623 B.C. The importance of Lumbini is testified who visited Lumbini in order to pay homage and erected a pillar in 249 B.C. to indicate the birthplace of Buddha. Evening Meditation, Overnight stay in Lumbini.

Day 07: After morning Yoga class and breakfast visit Tilaurakot-Lumbini Garden, Vihars and Monasteries constructed by different countries.

Evening Meditation, overnight stay in Lumbini.

Day 08: Early morning Yoga class, after breakfast drive (5 hrs) to to Pokhara – third largest city of Nepal. Pokhara is the natural beauty of Nepal.The north of the city touches the base of Annapurna mountain range. 3 eight- thousand meter (Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu) can be seen from the city. There are few lakes in the valley as Fewa, Begnas, Rupa etc. Boating in Fewa Lake.

Overnight stay at hotel in Pokhara.

Day 09: Early morning Yoga class, after breakfast free day for optional sightseeing tour (Paragliding, Ultralight flight, Zip fly ) in Pokhara, overnight  at hotel in Pokhara.

Day 10: Early morning Yoga class, after breakfast Pokhara City sightseeing. Visit Begnas Lake. Evening Meditation.Overnight stay at hotel in Pokhara.

Day 11: Early morning Yoga class, drive to Kathmandu.

Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 12: Early morning Yoga class, sightseeing of UNESCO world heritage site Patan Durbar square. The city was founded in 3rd century A.D. by King Veera dev.  Most of the monuments in this square date back to the medevial Malla Period from 16th – 18th century. The city is known as the home for finest crafts.

After Lunch visit Spa for Ayurvedic massage and Himalaya Herbal Bath.Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 13: Early morning Yoga class, sightseeing of UNESCO world heritage site Kathmandu Durbar square which lies in the heart of Kathmandu city – an ancient seat of the Nepalese Royalty. The historical buildings and temples in the area were erected from the time of King Ratna Malla (1484 – 1520 AD), Visit and shopping in Thamel known as Freak street in  the ‘70s .  Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 14: Visit Bouddha Nath Stupa – The biggest Stupa and another UNESCO world heritage site of Nepal, which is believed to have been built in the 5th century A.D. during the reign of the Licchavi Kings., Visit carpet factory outlet. Drive back to Kathmandu international airport.
